Payment Options for Treatment at Keeney Physical Therapy

Due to COVID-19, Joe Keeney, PT is only providing virtual sessions at this time. These sessions are not reimbursable by insurance nor can you submit a receipt to your insurance for reimbursement.

Keeney Physical Therapy is a Fee for Service Clinic and payment is required prior to your treatment session. If using PayPal, new patient evaluations will be charged at $150.00 for the first hour of treatment. Subsequent one-hour treatments are charged at $135.00. Although the first Theragem session is complementary, subsequent sessions can be added for $65.00. Please refer to the Theragem section for additional information.


Paying with PayPal: Payment options are now available below using the PayPal button. Please follow the instructions to complete a transaction:

  1. Select one of the three therapy session types you prefer.
  2. Click ‘Add To Cart’ and after signing into your PayPal account, you will be taken to your Shopping Cart in a new browser window. In the Shopping Cart, you can choose the number of hours of Therapeutic Manual Therapy.
  3. If you would like to add-on a Theragem session, click on ‘Continue Shopping’ located in the top right-hand corner of the Shopping Cart screen. You will return to the Keeney Physical Therapy payment page to add on another session type.
  4. Once you have chosen the session types and the number of hours, in your Shopping Cart, click on the yellow PayPal Checkout button. You will be taken to a window to complete your transaction.
  5. A notification will be sent to us at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. alerting us that you have paid for services.


    6. Paying with personal check: A second option is to send a personal check written to Keeney Physical Therapy which needs to arrive before treatment. Charges are $145.00 for a new patient evaluation for the first hour of treatment. Subsequent one-hour treatments are $130.00 per hour. Theragem sessions are $65.00.
